What we collect

• Account data: email, floor name, optional country, hashed password.
• Broker data: broker server name, account login number and your closed trades and balance operations.
• Basic technical data such as IP address for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

Broker passwords

We ask only for your investor (read-only) password. It is sent once to our broker-data provider (MetaApi) to open a read-only connection and is not stored by us. If the password turns out to allow trading, the connection is deleted immediately and the connect attempt is rejected. Because that check happens after the password reaches the provider, never enter a trading password; if you did by mistake, change it with your broker now.

Who processes your data

MetaApi (broker connectivity), our hosting and database providers, and an email delivery provider. Public leaderboards show your floor name, optional country, return, win rate and trade count only.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting an account deletes its synced trades and competition entries immediately. Final results of closed months keep your floor name and numbers as a public record. Email us to delete your account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing. Contact support@tradeworldcup.com.
